Faculty Development Program at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT)

Successful Conclusion of the Faculty Development Program (FDP) on AI-Driven Image & Signal Processing for Smart Systems

Ashtaksha Labs, in collaboration with the E and ICT Academy IIT Guwahati, successfully delivered insightful sessions as part of the Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “AI-driven Image and Signal Processing”, conducted from 08th September to 12th September 2025 at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT), Tumakuru.

Over the course of five days, the FDP empowered educators with practical knowledge in AI-driven Image and Signal Processing—technologies that are critical to the evolution of next-generation Smart Systems. The program focused on equipping faculty members with skills for implementing AI in real-world signal and image processing applications.

The first two days featured in-depth sessions by distinguished professors from IIT Guwahati and IIT Delhi, who provided deep domain insights and theoretical foundations.

From the third day onward, the expert team from Ashtaksha Labs, including Dr. Mohan H M, Technical Program Manager, and Rahul S B, Machine Learning Engineer, led the sessions. Their contributions played a pivotal role in the success of the program, offering participants hands-on exposure to cutting-edge tools and technologies transforming AI applications in signal and image processing.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. M S Raviprakasha, Principal, SSIT, Tumakuru, for presiding over the event, and to Dr. M C Chandrashekhar, Head of the Department, ECE, Dr. Komala K, Associate Professor, ECE, and Dr. Ghouse Ahamed Z, Assistant Professor, ECE for their outstanding coordination and efforts in organizing this impactful program.

As we look forward, Ashtaksha Labs remains committed to advancing education and innovation in AI-powered Smart Systems, cyber resilience, and nurturing the next generation of tech leaders.

Thank you to all who made this event a tremendous success.
