Faculty Improvement Program at University of Mysore
Ashtaksha Labs Private Limited is proud to be associated with the One Week Hands-On Faculty Improvement Program (FIP) sponsored by RUSA and organized by the Department of Studies in Computer Science, University of Mysore.
The program was inaugurated on 02 February 2026 at Manasagangothri, Mysuru, focusing on Cybersecurity and emerging research trends in Generative AI, ML, DL, Blockchain, and Cloud Computing.
The inaugural session was graced by eminent academicians including Prof. Lokanath N. K., Honorable Vice Chancellor, and senior faculty members of the University of Mysore.The inaugural address by Mr. Nandi Dharma Kishore H. N., Founder & CEO, Ashtaksha Labs, highlighted the evolving cybersecurity landscape and AI-driven security solutions.
The technical sessions were delivered by Mohan H. M., Manjula R., Srinidhi P., and Rahul S. B. from Ashtaksha Labs, offering hands-on, industry-focused learning.We thank the faculty members for their active participation and look forward to strengthening industry–academia collaboration.
Faculty development program at SSIT
Ashtaksha Labs, in collaboration with the E&ICT Academy, IIT Guwahati, successfully conducted a transformative 5-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on “AI-Driven Image and Signal Processing for Smart Systems” from September 8 to 12, 2025, at Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology (SSIT), Tumakuru.
This intensive program empowered faculty members with advanced knowledge and practical skills in AI applications for image and signal processing key enablers of next-generation smart systems.
The initial sessions were led by esteemed professors from IIT Guwahati and IIT Delhi, who laid strong theoretical foundations. The latter half of the FDP featured hands-on sessions by Dr. Mohan H M (Technical Program Manager) and Mr. Rahul S B (Machine Learning Engineer) from Ashtaksha Labs, covering real-world AI tools, frameworks, and development kits for image and signal processing.
We extend heartfelt thanks to Dr. M S Raviprakasha, Principal, SSIT, and the organizing team from the ECE Department, Dr. M C Chandrashekhar, Dr. Komala K, and Dr. Ghouse Ahamed Z for their exceptional coordination and support.

Faculty development program at SSSE
Ashtaksha Labs, in proud collaboration with the Centre of Excellence in Cyber Security & AI/ML at Sri Siddhartha School of Engineering (SSSE), Tumakuru, successfully conducted a transformative 3-Day Faculty Development Program (FDP) on Artificial Intelligence from July 30 to August 1, 2025. This immersive program was designed to equip faculty members with cutting-edge knowledge and hands-on skills in the dynamic fields of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Throughout the program, expert-led sessions by Dr. Mohan H M (Technical Project Manager, Ashtaksha Labs) and Mr. Rahul S B (Machine Learning Engineer) delved into the core concepts of machine learning, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning. Participants also explored practical modules on data handling, AI tools for image and audio processing, Python programming, and the real-world impact of Edge AI.
Live demonstrations using advanced development kits brought theory to life, sparking vibrant discussions and empowering participants with real-world-ready expertise. The hands-on exposure and interactive learning approach were highly appreciated by all attendees
