Faculty Development program at akshaya Institute of Technology
A Faculty Development Program on “Cybersecurity for the Digital Age: Protecting Data and Privacy” was held at Akshaya Institute of Technology, Tumkur, from July 21–26, 2025, organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering and sponsored by AICTE Training and Learning (ATAL) Academy.Dr. Mohan H M, Technical Project Manager at Ashtaksha Labs, served as the expert speaker on “Emerging Threats in AI and IoT Security” on July 24, 2025. His session addressed AI vulnerabilities, attacks on AI models, real-time threat detection, and edge intelligence in IoT devices, with practical demonstrations.We thank ATAL Academy and Akshaya Institute of Technology for their support and look forward to continued collaboration in advancing AI and IoT security awareness.
A Faculty Development Program on Cybersecurity for the Digital Age: Protecting Data and Privacy was held on July 22, 2025 at Akshaya Institute of Technology, sponsored by AICTE Atal Academy and organized by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Ms. Manjula Rudresh, Senior Cybersecurity Analyst from Ashtaksha Labs, was the expert speaker. She covered key topics in network security, including networking fundamentals, packet analysis, simulated cyberattacks, and practical methods for securing networks. The session was highly engaging and encouraged active participation. We are grateful to all who contributed to making this event a success and look forward to more such initiatives to strengthen Cybersecurity Research and awareness.
